HELP!! This is the AE Burkhardt mansion, one of Hannaford's most notable houses. It is my dream house. I'd like to spend the rest of my life restoring this gem. Anyone out there know how to mentor an amateur in purchasing and financially affording a major refurbishment of an architectural masterpiece? Located at 400 Forest in Avondale, it currently is falling apart, empty and unloved.
